Common questions
- What counts as a bottle?
- The bottles actually in your cellar – the running total of what you have added and opened. Not the number of slots you own: empty racking costs you nothing, however much of it you build.
- What happens when I reach the free limit?
- Nothing you have already catalogued moves or disappears. The next time you try to add past the cap you are asked to upgrade, and everything else keeps working exactly as before.
- Can I cancel whenever I like?
- Yes, from your account settings, in two clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are never asked why.
- What happens to my wines if I downgrade?
- They stay. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden – you simply cannot add past the free caps again until you upgrade.
- When do the AI and MCP features arrive?
- They are being built, which is why they are marked Coming soon rather than ticked. They are listed because they are what Pro will include, and when they land they land at the same price.
- Who can see my collection?
- Only you. The catalogue of wines is shared and improved by everyone; your prices, ratings, notes and the location of every bottle are scoped to you in every query and enforced again at the database.
